What we collect
When you book a demo, contact us, or use our services, we collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, phone number, and business details. We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited and time on site through standard analytics tools.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party tools we use to deliver our services — such as scheduling software, CRM platforms, and AI infrastructure providers — solely to operate those services on your behalf. All providers are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
AI receptionist data
If you use our FrontDesk AI service, conversations between your customers and the AI are logged to improve accuracy and generate your monthly performance reports. These logs contain customer enquiries and booking details. You own this data. We do not use it for any purpose outside your account.

Your rights

Data retention
We retain your data for as long as you are a client, and for up to 12 months after your account closes. AI conversation logs are retained for 24 months to support performance reporting, after which they are permanently deleted.

Services covered
These terms apply to all services provided by LocalGrowthCo, including HVAC website builds and the FrontDesk AI receptionist service. By booking a demo, making a payment, or using any of our services, you agree to these terms.
Website build service
- Payment of $1,999 is due before build begins
- You will receive a preview for review before launch
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included at no extra cost
- You own the finished website and all its content upon final payment
- 30 days of post-launch support is included; additional support is billed at $150/hour
AI receptionist service
- The monthly fee of $499 is billed on the same date each month
- You may cancel at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are issued for partial months
- We require a 30-minute onboarding call to configure your AI; failure to complete onboarding within 14 days of sign-up may delay your go-live date
- Service uptime is targeted at 99.5%. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to misrepresent your business, engage in deceptive practices, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend service immediately if these conditions are breached.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own all website content and design assets created for you. The underlying AI model powering FrontDesk AI remains the property of LocalGrowthCo and its technology partners. Your business data and conversation logs belong to you at all times.
Limitation of liability
LocalGrowthCo is not liable for lost revenue, missed calls, or business outcomes that arise from service interruptions, AI errors, or website downtime beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
