Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Front AI Agent ("we," "us," or "our"), including our AI receptionist service and any related website or build services offered through frontaiagent.com.
By booking a discovery call, starting a free trial, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Covered
These Terms apply to all services offered by Front AI Agent, including:
- The Front AI Agent receptionist service (Essential, Growth, and Pro plans)
- Optional website build services for HVAC businesses
- Any add-on services such as additional locations or custom integrations
2. AI Receptionist Service
2.1 Plans and Pricing
Our current plans are Essential ($299/month), Growth ($499/month), and Pro ($799/month). Each plan includes a defined number of call minutes per month. Overage minutes are billed at the rate listed on our pricing page at the time of signup.
2.2 Billing
Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same calendar date each month, beginning the day after your 7-day free trial ends (if applicable). Overage charges from the prior month are billed together with the next month's subscription fee.
2.3 Free Trial
All plans include a 7-day free trial with up to 100 minutes of real call time. No credit card is required to begin the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.
2.4 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@frontaiagent.com before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access through the period you have already paid for. No partial-month refunds are issued.
2.5 Performance Promise
If the AI receptionist does not correctly answer at least 90% of incoming calls in your first 30 days of paid service, we will refund 100% of fees paid in that period.
To qualify, you must:
- Complete onboarding within 14 days of signup
- Forward calls to the AI as instructed
"Correctly answered" means the AI picks up the call and either books an appointment, captures lead details, or transfers an emergency as configured. You keep all call recordings and lead data regardless of refund status.
2.6 Onboarding
A 30-minute onboarding call is required to configure your AI agent. Failure to complete onboarding within 14 days of signup may delay your go-live date and does not extend your trial period or billing cycle.
2.7 Service Availability
We target 99.5% uptime for the AI receptionist service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers, telecom carriers, or your own phone or internet service.
3. Website Build Service (Optional)
If you engage us for a website build:
- Pricing and scope are confirmed in writing before work begins
- Payment terms are agreed at the start of the project
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise stated
- You own the finished website and its content upon final payment
- 30 days of post-launch support is included; additional support is billed at the rate quoted at project start
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business during onboarding
- Forward calls to the AI as instructed for the service to function
- Keep your billing information current
- Use the service only for lawful HVAC business operations
- Not use the service to misrepresent your business, deceive customers, or violate applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or similar US and Canadian regulations
We reserve the right to suspend service immediately if these conditions are breached.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for any website build, you own all website content and design assets created specifically for you.
The Front AI Agent platform, AI configuration methodology, prompts, workflows, and underlying technology remain our property and the property of our technology partners. You receive a license to use the AI receptionist for your business during your paid subscription, but not to copy, resell, or sublicense the underlying system.
Your business data, call recordings, and lead information belong to you at all times.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Front AI Agent is not liable for lost revenue, missed calls, lost bookings, business interruption, reputational harm, or any consequential or indirect damages arising from service interruptions, AI errors, telecom failures, or third-party outages.
- Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as a minimum number of bookings, revenue, or customer conversion rate. The performance promise in Section 2.5 is the sole exception and is limited to the refund described therein.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Front AI Agent harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights, including but not limited to claims related to how you market your business or how you handle customer communications outside of the AI service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Active clients will be notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [STATE].
